Do you manufacture locally?

Yes. All our products are made to measure right here in West Australia.

Do you bring your Mobile Show-Van to our premises?

Absolutely. We bring a wide range of product on display right to you home. Click on our MOBILE SHOWROOM link and see what we have.

Do you offer a Decorating Service?

Yes we do. Our staff will help you make the right choice for you window covering needs.

How long does it take from accepting an order to installation?

This will depend on the product selected and fabric/material availability.
• Curtains – Generally 4 to 6 weeks
• Plantation Shutters – Generally 8 weeks
• Blinds – 1 to 4 weeks
(depends on type of Blind chosen).

What payment methods do you have?

We take Cash, Cheque, MasterCard and Visa Card.

Can I see you on the weekend or after hours?

We work around our Clients so we see you when it suits. Note we take into consideration the ambient lighting as insufficient light may not allow us to measure correctly.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes we do need a commitment before commencing ordering fabric or commencing production.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due at time or before installation. Ownership of goods transfers once payment is received.

Do you fit the goods?

Yes we do.

What do I need to do before Installation?

Clear the area (approx 1.5 meters) around the windows where fitting is required. This will allow easy access to the window creating a safe working environment for both you and the Installer.

Will you remove our existing window coverings?

A better question is should they be down before the Installer arrives. Removing the blinds and brackets prior to installation gives you the opportunity to patch any holes in your walls. Yes we can take down your existing window coverings where required (additional charge applies) however we can not be responsible for paint coming off the walls from removing old brackets and fittings.

As a Country Customer how can you help me?

Easy. Call our 1300 number for assistance. Over the phone we can help you with decorating ideas and window solutions. From there you can fax or email your measurement to us for a quote. Once you are satisfied with the outcome we can send a selection of swatches via mail for final colour selection. Once confirmed we can have your goods made to your specifications and then sent to you by your preferred freight provider.
